"Silo At A Dairy
Store "
We
recently changed the skyline in Yonkers, NY. Stew Leonard's Dairy
Store hired us to construct a 30' x 100' concrete silo in front
of their new store. The silo is visible from exit 6A, just off I-87,
on "Stew Leonard Drive."
The business was started nearly 100 years ago on a dairy farm in
Connecticut, and this is the third store operated by the family.
The main store in Norwalk is the "world's largest dairy store",
according to CNN's "Business Unusual", with more than
100,000 customers per week.
The silo has 2, 12' x 12' openings at the base of the silo to allow
access to a petting zoo inside the silo. Due to its size and location,
the silo attracts customers to the store, and is being used to mount
cellular phone antennas for multiple carriers.

"Silo
At A Mall"
Silo at a shopping mall in Waynesboro, VA. The Mall stores were
designed with the "Barn Look", so a silo was needed to
complete the picture.

"Silo
For a Cell Tower"

Upstate NY. Antennas for mobile phones are hidden by specially designed
fiberglass roof, and stealth panels at top of concrete wall. Equipment
